Vicinity Centres PM Pty Ltd (ABN 96 101 504 045) collects your personal information in order to: (a) allow you to book, pay for and receive email communications for booked centre events and/or services; (b) plan, operate and manage centre events and services as well as the digital channels through which we engage with you; (c) understand your interests, activities and feedback in relation to Vicinity-managed centre offerings; and (d) where you consent to us doing so, contact you with our VIP offerings, centre news updates and details of events and promotions.

We share your personal information with our events platform provider vivenu GmbH ("Vivenu"). Our service providers (including Vivenu) who assist us to provide centre events and/or services as well as online booking, payment processing and email notification gateways are located in the USA, Singapore, France and Germany. We also de-identify and aggregate your data for market research and data analytics purposes.
